Looking forward to our visits together with Dad! Making new friends and receiving excellent care! Overall it's pretty good, but they have a high turnover in staff which makes it a little difficult to communicate with certain people.
There are just so many demands from the people in memory care, it's difficult to get to all of them right away when they need to. But I think it's a good value for the services they provide. They were also very helpful in working with us to get hospice involved when we needed it.

Communication with the family is great, they're good about reaching out to us for needs and updates. My mother in law is being well taken care of at this community. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. My daughter had to take over the search because I ended up in the hospital and we need something pretty quick and from what I have been led to believe this was the only community was an immediate opening.... They allow pets, and it's a lot of community interaction. The care services and friendliness, they are doing well with. They are generally trying to make the residents happy. It is warm and loving, the care givers are very personal and they communicate very well.
